Mission Statement:
The mission of St. John's Medical Center Auxiliary is to promote and advance the welfare of our community hospital through fundraising for priorities identified by the St. John's Medical Center Board of Trustees and Administration in collaboration with the St. John's Foundation.
Who we are:
We are a group of women volunteers who care about our community. We understand the significance of working together to support a very important asset, our hospital. St. John's Auxiliary has raised more than $2 million to benefit the needs of the various departments at St. John's Medical Center since its inception in 1974.
The Auxiliary hosts a Spring Fling, a Golf Tournament and supports the Living Center with a variety of activities. Luncheons, courtesy of SJMC, are held monthly, which includes a brief business discussion and informative guest speakers. It's a great opportunity to collaborate with amazing women of all ages in our valley.
Why Join:
"It is my way of giving back to the community."
More than 80 members volunteer their time to facilitate fund-raising events and to participate in a variety of programs that are very rewarding. How can you help? Join us today and make a difference that counts!
The membership is simple, no experience is needed to join, and the time commitment is minimal. In return, you get better acquainted with the members and the hospital. Most importantly, you become a spokesperson on behalf of our auxiliary and hospital with a mission to better our community.
